Precision in
Every Engagement
Quorith was founded on a straightforward belief: AI adoption deserves the same care and rigour that any significant organisational change demands. We bring that discipline to every client relationship.
← Back to HomeFounded on the Principle of Considered Change
Quorith was established in Singapore by a team of engineers, strategists, and domain specialists who had spent years watching organisations rush into AI initiatives without adequate preparation. The results were predictable: systems that failed to integrate, teams that resisted adoption, and stakeholders left with more questions than answers.
We set out to offer something different: structured, unhurried engagement that begins with genuine understanding. Before any design or development work begins, we invest time in understanding your operational context, your organisation's capacity for change, and the human implications of what you are considering.
Our approach draws from disciplines that extend well beyond machine learning — organisational design, risk management, product development, and cross-functional communication all inform how we work. We believe that AI systems succeed when everyone who is affected by them has been considered in the design process.
Based at Mapletree Anson in Singapore's central business district, we work primarily with organisations across Southeast Asia, though our frameworks and methodologies have been applied in contexts across the broader Asia-Pacific region.
Our Mission
To help organisations adopt AI in ways that are structurally sound, ethically considered, and operationally durable — without the noise of hype or the pressure of arbitrary timelines.
Our Vision
A business landscape where AI implementation is treated as a design and governance challenge — not just a technical one — and where the human dimensions of adoption receive equal attention.
Core Values
Our Leadership Team
Raymond Lim
Raymond brings over a decade of AI strategy and organisational transformation experience across financial services and logistics in Singapore and the wider region. He leads client engagements at the strategic level, ensuring that technical recommendations are grounded in operational reality.
Priya Wongso
Priya leads Quorith's engineering practice, specialising in computer vision systems and AI ecosystem architecture. She holds advanced qualifications in machine learning and has designed production-grade vision pipelines for manufacturing and healthcare clients across Southeast Asia.
Marcus Tan
Marcus focuses on the ethical and governance dimensions of AI deployment. With a background in technology policy and organisational risk, he ensures that every impact assessment considers the full range of stakeholder implications — workforce, customer, regulatory, and reputational.
Quality & Professional Standards
The frameworks and standards that govern how we work — and how we hold ourselves accountable to our clients.
Data Confidentiality
All client information is protected under formal NDA agreements. We do not retain, repurpose, or reference client data outside the agreed scope of work.
AI Ethics Alignment
Our assessment frameworks are aligned with Singapore's Model AI Governance Framework and international ethical AI guidelines including the EU AI Act principles.
Structured Delivery
Engagements follow documented methodologies with clear milestone reviews. Deliverables are reviewed internally before client handover to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Reproducible Methods
Our technical work is documented to a standard that allows internal teams to reproduce, extend, or audit what has been built. We do not create black-box dependencies.
Stakeholder Protocols
We follow defined protocols for stakeholder consultation — ensuring that the right people within your organisation are involved at the right stages of each engagement.
Independent Review
Critical assessment findings are subject to independent internal review before delivery, reducing the risk of overlooked factors and improving the quality of our recommendations.
AI Advisory Practice in Singapore
Quorith operates at the intersection of AI engineering and organisational design — a space that requires both technical depth and the kind of human sensitivity that pure engineering consultancies often lack. Our practice covers three interconnected domains: pre-deployment impact evaluation, bespoke visual intelligence systems, and multi-system integration architecture.
Singapore's position as a regional hub for technology adoption means we regularly encounter organisations navigating AI decisions with limited internal expertise and considerable external pressure. Our work is to reduce that pressure by replacing it with structure — giving decision-makers the information and frameworks they need to move forward with clarity.
Our advisory team combines backgrounds in computer science, cognitive systems, technology law, and change management. This breadth allows us to approach each engagement without predetermined conclusions — we assess what is genuinely appropriate for your context, not what is convenient to sell.
We maintain close engagement with Singapore's regulatory and research community, including ongoing dialogue with industry bodies focused on responsible data and AI governance. This keeps our frameworks current with the evolving standards that matter to our clients.
